Well, first off, this is NOTHING like Facebook! I'm sure I'll get used to it, but for now, it's definitely a trial!
Have you noticed that nobody uses the word, tribulations, in regular speech? Why is that?!
I have a mountain of bills to get through tonight, but first I have to find out how much money I've still got in my bank account. And I want to do none of that - I want to finish reading Twilight, and I want to work on my own writing. <sigh> Don't you just hate the real world sometimes?!
Speaking of the real world, I came into work this morning and learned that one of my coworkers, my boss's boss, passed away over the weekend - he was only 5 years older than me. Heart attack, probably, haven't heard for sure yet. Wow, it really puts life into perspective, death does.
Okay, can't end a post on a death knell - there's another word you don't hear very often - knell. Hm.... Something to think about. What exactly is a knell, as opposed to a peal? Questions, always more questions.
